I would give ZERO star but to post this review I am giving them one star. NEVER EVER buy a warranty from this company.

They will sell you lies and only lies. I paid them £350 for a warranty and when I claimed they played their witch game. The claim department is run by another company which doesn't respect the sells of this BMG, so-called, warranty ltd. They gave wrong dates to the claim company, and when I called they admitted the mistake and said management team is reviewing the case.

Another game, the management team takes months to make a decision and admits their mistake.

Imagine, your car is the garage for days and you call the claim people and call the sell people and both sides lies and give you *** AVOID this headache and DO NOT buy anything from them. This review is a real experience so if you want to waste your money buy from this cheater

Rip OFF

I bought a car from them not even 4 days in it the car was sounding bad and the brakes were faulty i took it back and ask for my deposit back Josh looked in my face and said no the money is gone!!! Never Again that is why i pay legal fees you will see me again!!! SOON !!! $1000 to drive a car for 4 days that is is unheard of and to think i was bout send more business there way, very rude was nice until you sign that contract. They will avoid you at all cost don't care why or if you have family this has been a complete nightmare for me and my children.

Easy buying and great service

I've bought several cars from specifically the Decatur location. My sales guy is only Jeff, I will not work with anyone else. Jeff is very polite, listens to my concerns or what I'm looking for. If there's something wrong he'll do everything he can to make it work for me. I've had a couple situations that set me back, one situation where I had a component in the transmission fail, VW wanted over $1000 to fix this issue and Jeff made sure it got fixed properly without any money coming out of my pocket. Second scenario was I had just bought a car 2mo prior and I was involved in a serious car accident. Jeff did everything possible to put me back in another car without it costing me more money. I've bought about 4 cars from them and each one was a great car. Getting ready to buy my 5th which will be a truck. BMG will continue to keep my business for years to come. Thank you Jeff for being helpful.

Dont buy here salesmen will lie to get you there when you show up,it all goes down hill.cars way over priced,the vehicles will break down.mine about 4 month transmission went out,then after about 1year and 9 months motor went out.not worth coming here anyone that posts that they had a good experiance here is an employee.dont come here,one of their salesman told me that after i paid it off dont come back.told me they do the positibe comments and reviews.go somewhere else.

RIP OFF

This is the worse place of business and should be shut down. Only had vehicle for 6 months and already broke down. The transmission already went out. I told salesperson that I need a good car that would last me. The salesperson promised that if it broke down they would fix it and put it in the car payment. Well car did break down after 6 months with transmission went out. They would not work with me and did not do what they promised. I have put 2500 down and car payment was 500.00 per month. Never late and because they would not work with me on the repairs they repo my car. I paid on time every month and now I have repo because of the repairs. They have report a repo on my credit. They will take your money and WILL not do what they promised. This place needs to be shut down due to bad practices. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!

I recently just bought my first car with BMG and everything is wonderful! I've had the car for 3 months now, its a Honda CRV and payments are great, getting into the car was easy, simple, and fast!

Every single person in that office was friendly, helped me out, and I've bought my first car with no hassle no issues, and now have a company I trust to do business with! THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE OUTRAGEOUS! I feel like if all the negative things that are being said are true, my car would look, and drive terribly, my payments would be way to much, and I would already have gotten my car repo'd...

from the looks of it, if you take care of your car, and make your payments like your contract states, BMG will work with you, and you'll have a car to rely on! Thankful that I bought my first car with BMG AUTO THANKS GUYS!

ALL IT DID WAS ATTACK OTHER REVIEWS.

BMG needs a better PR person. This I obviously a poor shot at deflection!!!!

BMG Auto Group - BUYER BEWARE!

BMG Auto Group's business practices have to be carefully reviewed; they are not practicing within the actual contract guidelines. They will repo a vehicle within 36 hours of a late period even when you attempt to contact them.

They do not take care of the oil, or standard repairs before purchase as the state they will. I took it to Mitsubishi directly to repair several things and the aforementioned. 1) I tried to contact the salesman Jerry about this and the "check engine" light being on day two and he refused to answer. 2) They split my down payment (but taking 1500.00 upfront) asking for 600.00 to be paid two more Saturdays (approx.

2 weeks later = 2700.00). My work schedule conflicted with the date and they will not allow for online or phone payments. They insist that you must come there inside. I tried to contact Jerry again and advise him that I couldn’t come on Saturday due to my work schedule; he didn't return the call and also now states "he doesn't have to answer his phone outside of work hours".

They (BMG) are closed on Sundays so Monday was my first chance; under 36 hours they repossessed the vehicle. The 1st actual car payment isn't even due for another two weeks. I called to reconcile the issue fully prepared to pay the remaining down payment balance, a "Mr. Shane Green" now claims, that although it is NOT stated in the contract "the owner" (Brian Green) wants the full $15,000+ for a car I had for two weeks!

There is no logical reinstatement fee and my first payment isn't even due yet. They have no intent on really selling this car or retaining the business. Shane now claims the split down payment of 600.00 (less than a day and half, and a phone call later) could've been put in a "drop box" they never mentioned existed!

Jerry was most "matter of fact" of the opposite! Even considering this is a "BHPH" "tote-the-note", they are deliberately selling cars with the intent of retrieving them in hopes that a consumer will repair it so they can resell it at your expense.

Been in business 15 years and sold 20,000+ cars. Only people who seem to complain is people who refuse to be reasonable and realize these are used cars. Staff works dillegently to help every customer.

I changed my number called to give them the new number I was talking to Forrest. He told me my account was good this was on a Thursday on monday they was driving off in my car I asked him y he said I was 18 days past due. so I asked how much do i need to give him to get my car back and he said he didnt know he will call me its been a week no call not to mention a week after i got my car the check engine light came on I took to auto zone and they said it was the transmission so my car started feeling like a stick shift some called saying they was buying bmg accounts they didnt buy mines cause of the transmission problem and thats when they took it.

this is bmg on Division in Arlington tx and not to mention he could have called and said hey we are taking your car is there anything you really need. My baby car seat was in there she had to ride home without a car seat. Im a single parent of 4 my youngest is 1 I have no family and now no car she cant even get to daycare.Thanks bmg then I had the gathered up the money to pay them and he wasnt sure if that would be enough.

I got behind on my payment because they actually have the car registered to the wrong person.... After dealing with the Richland Hills Police department thinking thata had a stolen car and being out of over 200 hundred bucks from the car being towed... They came and picked it up from my job... So they dont want to fix the problem that was clearly their fault and they wanted me to give them 600 dollars to get my car back... They are really not a great car lot to do business with.. The payment was not even 3 weeks behind... *** company.... If you want to deal with a company who likes to screw people around... This is the company for you..

Obvious complaint from competitor or someone who doesn't tell truth. It's impossible to register car to wrong person cause all of that is done at the Texas DMV website along with temporary tags customer is issued.

BMG is a company built on lies and deceit. Their whole business model is to pray on the helpless and designed to squeeze you for everything they can. Simply put, they sell you a car knowing it is a lemon, broke, has major issues. They doctor it up in house to get it sold. You buy it, it breaks, you can't afford to fix it. They repo it, Doctor it up and sell it again. They will lie and do anything to keep you on the hook, empty promises, misleading intent to help. They towed my truck in, said they were going to fix it, after repairs were made said I needed to pay the bill. When I argued the case they said pay it or we repo it. I am currently filing a civil case for deceptive trade practices, have contacted state and federal authorities and encourage anyone who has been a victim of this deplorable company to contact me at 940-366-****.

I bought a 2006 mustang from them two weeks ago and it gets worse each day. The first 3 days I had it the faulty latch for the hood did some good damage when it flew off at 70 mph.

I figure they missed that and a lot more since one of the hinges was already broken and the red from the repainted fender where it had already been hit and I was never informed. Also the alignment feels horrible scary to even drive this car anymore I'm not even sure about the title status but I owe 12,000 dollars on this pos and it would be nice if I could at least refinance into something thats not going to kill me!!! BMG auto you screwed me big time!!

This car even randomly starts so I have trouble even getting to work on time!! Seems like the list goes on forever but I'd love to get this resolved I just need a reliable vehicle and every car I test drove on the lot had major problems just when I thought this one was fine nooopppeeee!!!!

I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience here. We strive to make our good customers feel they are appreciated.

We try and do everything we can to accommodate customers when there are issues.

The thing we expect from customers are for them to pay for their vehicles and have insurance. If those 2 things are taken care of we will always listen and help when we can.

Do not purchase anything from them i put $1000 down on a Chevy Equinox and was paying $435 on the first of the month within 4 months of having the car i had transmission issues fyi they are already aware of whats wrong with the car before they sell them (trust me) they came and towed my car with my purse in the front seat and did not knock on my door to tell me so i walked outside just in time.ThEy do not care about nothing but your payments!!!

I have read most of the reviews about BMG Auto in Decatur . And all I can say is wow I did not realize how many ignorant people are out there . Anyone who has any sense at all should know that when you go to a Used Car Lot that the cars they are selling are USED and USED vehicles do not come with a Warranty , and for you who do not know this that means that they do not sell NEW cars ! I have worked at a Used Car Lot before back in 2007 and I know for a fact that ppl can go and buy a car and nothing would be wrong with it at all and then a few days later or even sometimes a few hours later something can go out on the car . I bought my 2005 Honda from them back in July and I have had no problems with the Staff or with my car at all !!! And also FYI it's not very nice to name ppl out on Reviews . It just makes you look *** and uneducated . I have a couple of friends that have bought cars through BMG and they have only good things to say about this company and the staff . I bought two cars from BMG Auto, Decatur Texas I decided not to keep them, I took them back I paid a lot of money on them put huge down payments, they told me don't worry if you don't want them just bring back no problem it will not go against your credit they put it against my credit on both of them I would not trust them they're misleading and can't be trusted. it is wrong and she shouldn't do business at all with them, I would never do business again I was just fixing to buy another vehicle from them and then when I found out it was on my credit I said no way.the sad part is they had me sign a form to release the car back to them so they didn't have to do a waiting period on a resale, and they did that to me.

I bought a 2008 Bmw as is I know . When I bought the car Jeff stated if you have any problems with the car we will work with you to get it fixed .

That sound great to me . Two months after the bmw it wouldn't start . Bmg picked the car up and took to their repair place where they named 6 major things wrong after having the car a month the car still wouldn't start . So I had another car repair place pick up the car and diagnosed the car they said to start off the starter had to be replaced meaning a lot of things are wrong with the car .

Bmg didn't want to help at all not even break it down to my payments . I was scared to fix the car and later have the same issues . I tried to work with them they basically said *** it's your problem .

Yea it's as is but what happened to customer service and working with us . Anyone saying this company is a great company is a lie because they genuinely don't care for their customers .
